1. Initial Visit and Proposal
When you first contact us, we will schedule a time for an on-site consultation. This is essentially a time for us to gather as much information as possible from you. Tell us all about your wishes, any and all ideas you have, and show us around. We will ask questions as well, to clarify the scope of the job and help determine if our services match your needs. It's also important during this initial meeting to discuss your desired budget and timeline. Shortly after meeting with you, we will prepare a thorough price proposal for your review.
2. Design Phase
A successful remodel depends on the pre-construction planning. If you decide that you would like to work with us, we will enter into a design agreement and collect an initial deposit. We have repeatedly found that focusing our time and energy into this phase greatly reduces the actual Construction time. We want you moved into your new kitchen as soon as possible! During the Design Phase, we will take exact measurements, and our preferred suppliers and specialists will assist you in making your design selections that fit within your predetermined budget. At the end of this phase, we will have chosen the layout, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, faucets, paint colors, and lighting.
3. Final Contract with a Fixed Price
After all design selections are made, we will provide you with a clear and upfront contract and the final price of your remodel. Yep, we said final price! You will know, to the penny, what you will owe us by the end of the project. The only time the amount will change is if you add to or change a part of the project or if some hidden code violation is revealed after the walls are opened.
4. Construction
Because of all the work we did prior to beginning the remodel, we can come in, remodel your kitchen, and be out in optimal time.
